Event Description

Hearts After Dark taking place September 29th from 6:30-9:30pm at Iron City Birmingham is a fun and social fundraising event benefiting the Pediatric Heart Transplant Study Foundation.  Guests will enjoy beer and wine open bar, delicious heavy hors d’oeuvres by Iron City Grill, and opportunities to bid on exciting auction items and packages, while enjoying the music and entertainment of the Derek Sellers Band.  All funds raised help children in need of a heart transplant.  
 
About Pediatric Heart Transplant Study Foundation
The PHTS Foundation’s mission is to raise and administer funds to advance the science and care of children while waiting for and after a heart transplant.  The Foundation supports the good work of the Pediatric Heart Transplant Study , an international, multi-center registry established in 1993 for pediatric patients listed for heart transplantation.  With more than 20 years of data collection and research, our understanding of a child who has undergone a heart transplant has significant broadened which has allowed for improved management of this complex population, thus maximizing their functional capacity providing a better quality of life.  With the ultimate goal of continuing to improve patient outcomes, The PHTS Foundation is a way to ensure that the Pediatric Heart Transplant Study is strong and sustainable for the future. 

Tickets: $60 for an individual and $105 per couple, Tickets are the same price on the day of event and available at the door. We are a 5013c3 and your ticket purchase is tax deductible.

Parking: 
Parking lot next to Iron City Grill entrance on 6th Ave S., or additional lot on corner of 22nd Street S. and 6th Ave S., as well as ample street parking around the venue.
